Community Life

At Cambridge Heights there is a palpable sense of community and neighborliness. Camaraderie abounds as residents join one another for meals, game playing in the community room, or walking the path around the building.

A grand aviary sits in the entry lounge area, providing endless entertainment as residents watch the birds build their nests, lay eggs, and flit playfully around their habitat. Last year, residents were lucky enough to witness the birth of sixteen baby birds!

When the weather is warm, it is common to see many residents lounging in sun room. As the winter chill arrives, residents retreat to the warmth of the community room, where they enjoy watching the new large screen television or playing cards at one of the tables.

Aside from the daily offerings within the community, there are many planned activities for the residents. From bible studies to birthday dinners, community events to crafting classes, Cambridge Heights provides a social environment where neighbors become friends, and friends become family.
